How do access codes work?
What happens after I purchase my access code?
Registering an access code is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. RECEIVE ACCESS CODE
- You should receive a payment receipt from Paypal
- In addition, you will receive an automated confirmation email to the email address associated with your Paypal payment. The email will also include your access code.
- The time it takes to get your email depends on how long it takes for Paypal to notify us, and how long it takes for your email provider to process the email.
- If it has been more than an hour, please check your email spam folder to make sure the confirmation email has not been incorrectly filed. Then submit a ticket with your Paypal transaction number at https://courseorbit.com/helpdesk
2. LAUNCH COURSE LINK
- Enter your course using your instructor's instructions
IMPORTANT: Course access instructions is different for each couse section. If you don't know how to access your course, please contact your instructor. - Launch any lecture link
3. ENTER ACCESS CODE
- When prompted, enter access code received in step 1.
- Click on Register
- You should not be asked for the access code gain.
